Estate Planning + Business Attorney
Personal attention to your legal matters.
My commitment is to giving you and your legal matters the personal attention you deserve. Having graduated with honors with a Master in Laws in Estate Planning from Golden Gate University, I recognize that lifelong learning is essential to providing counsel in this rapidly changing legal environment.
I have extensive experience guiding corporate and individual clients through significant business and personal decisions, and dispute resolution. An Ohio attorney, I am also a member of the California, New York, and New Jersey state bars, and am in addition admitted to practice in the federal district court for the Northern District of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; California’s Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern federal district courts; and the federal district court of New Jersey.
Salutatorian of the Findlay High School Class of '99, I graduated cum laude in field from Harvard College in 2003. I received my J.D. in 2006 from the University of Southern California, where I was a member of the editorial board of USC’s Review of Law and Women’s Studies/Review of Law and Social Justice. I was admitted to the California bar in 2006 and began my legal career with three years at the Los Angeles office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, followed by two years as counsel for the startup enterprise consulting company Frontier Technologies Consortium. A clerkship at the Los Angeles Superior Court from 2012 to 2014 afforded me additional insights into the judicial decision-making process.
